INVITATION OF BIDS FOR DISPLAY ADVERTISEMENTS
IN PAKISTAN ENERGY YEARBOOK-2010
Pakistan Energy Yearbook is an official annual publication of the Government of Pakistan having wide circulation among national and international research organizations, petroleum industry, energy agencies, funding organizations, universities etc. and potential business houses of the energy sector. This is a singular document disseminating vital technical information related to the Pakistan’s energy sector. This document remains at the desktop of professionals and industry personnel through-out the year and even thereafter as a reference book and provides unique opportunity of advertisement for a longer duration.
2. In view of high demand for allocation of advertisement space, especially for “Back Cover” and “Inside Back Cover”, it has been decided to reserve the space by inviting bids from interested companies in the energy sector. Reserved rate for Back Cover is Rs.150,000/- and Inside Back Cover is Rs.80,000/-.
3. Sealed bids are invited from the interested organizations/companies in the energy sector for reservation of space at Back Cover and Inside Back Cover for their advertisements in the Pakistan Energy Yearbook 2010.
4. Bids in sealed envelope marked “BID FOR DISPLAY ADVERTISEMENT IN THE PAKISTAN ENERGY YEARBOOK 2010” should reach the undersigned by 1100 hours on 06th August 2010 which will be opened at 1130 hours the same day in the presence of the bidders, who may wish to attend.
5. This Institute reserves the right to reserve the space and accept or reject any one or all the bids.

TENDER NOTICE: OVERHAULING OF CNG COMPRESSOR
A CNG Compressor model ZW-5.0/1-250A-JX manufactured by M/s Chengdu Jinxing Chemical, Machinery and Equipment Factory, Chengdu, Sichuan, China has been installed at HDIP’s CNG Station located at Nazimuddin Road, Sector F-7/4 (Blue Area), Islamabad. The compressor has completed a continuous running of over 10,000 hours requiring its overhauling and replacement of certain parts.
2. Sealed tenders are invited from authorized dealers/agents/reputed firms for overhauling of compressor and supply of required spare parts required. Tender Document containing detailed terms and conditions and list of spare parts can be obtained against written request from the undersigned between 0900 hours to 1600 hours (Mondays to Fridays) against payment of Rs.500/- upto 26-6-2010 (1100 hours). Tenders would be received by 1100 hours on 28-6-2010 which will be opened at 1130 hours the same day in the presence of bidders who desire to be present.
