COMPLAINT RESOLUTION MECHANISM

Following procedure is formulated for general public for making a complaint related to any function of HDIP and method of its resolution.

i.   Any aggrieved person may make a complaint either to Focal person or Complaint Officer through personal visit to the office of Focal Person or Complaint Officer on any working day or through any other means of communication i.e. post, mail/email etc.

ii.    The complainant is required to provide his contact number, a copy of CNIC and mailing address.

iii.   A register is being maintained by a Grievance Officer in this office where the complaint will be entered and a unique complaint number will be issued to the complainant. Complainant may make complaint through email at complaintofficer.hdip@gmail.com or helpline 051-4436865.

iv.  Complaints will be properly registered and will be communicated to the concerned section of HDIP.

v.    All complainants will be properly guided and facilitated and unique complaint number will be provided to the complainant.

vi.  Within fortnight the complainant would be informed about the outcome, disposal / status of his complaint.
